MENTOR – MENTEE AGREEMENT

This agreement is designed to assist two or more parties to establish a relationship designed to enhance personal and professional growth for all involved. Effective mentoring relationships are based upon trust, respect and acceptance. Mentoring relationships are more successful when all parties agree upon what is expected in the beginning and agree to certain defined terms and conditions.

Review the statements below. Initial all statements that are agreed upon. Sign and copy this agreement for each party involved.
